1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LeadVoice Pro ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information.

5. TCPA Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws when using our calling features.

You must:

• Obtain prior express written consent before calling any number
• Honor all Do Not Call (DNC) requests immediately
• Maintain records of consent for at least 4 years
• Only call during permitted hours in the recipient's local time zone
• Display accurate Caller ID information

You indemnify and hold harmless LeadVoice Pro from any claims, damages, or penalties arising from your violation of TCPA regulations.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, or intimidate
• To impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, or conduct similar activities
• For telemarketing to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LeadVoice Pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LeadVoice Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
